PST guarantees the protection of the privacy of its visitors. Statistics about our customers, sales, and other site information to the public, will include no personally identifying information.

In order to respond to your questions, or to provide you with products and services, information such as customer name, address, e-mail address and telephone number... etc will be obtained by PST. We may use this information to contact you via mail, e-mail or phone to inform you of purchases, new products, services or promotions we may offer. However, unless compelled by legislation, we shall not disclose this information to a third party without your permission, except to process your order.

Due to the durability and longevity of our products, the P-S-T warranty is now extended to a Lifetime Limited Warranty which applies to both new and past purchases. PST warrants all products against defects in material and workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle. Coverage of this warranty ends by selling or transferring ownership of your vehicle. Any defective product will be replaced or the original purchase price will be refunded at our option when returned along with a copy of your original invoice.

PST shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential costs or damages or for breach of any expressed or implied warranty on this product. Some states and provinces / territories do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights that vary from state to state in the United States, or from province / territory to province / territory in Canada.

All items shipped by us will be insured; therefore any lost or damaged items will be sorted out by PST.

We guarantee you a complete exchange or refund for incorrectly supplied items, if returned within thirty (30) days of the billing date. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice and a letter of explanation as to why the product is being returned.

Returns

All items returned must be in new, unused condition for either credit, exchange or refund. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on any items returned more than 30 days after receipt. Correctly supplied items returned within 30 days of receipt will have shipping costs deducted from the refund amount.

Return shipping costs are not refundable; return shipping is at your own risk, delivery upon shipping returned, insuring the return package may be advisable. Please inquire for more details or applied limitations.
