PST pays shipping via UPS Ground Service within the continental United States. Items can be shipped via United Parcel Service Air, FEDEX, or by Post Office on request. You will be charged shipping charges and insurance. Shipping is available to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and abroad for an additional charge. Air shipments to foreign countries are shipped UPS Waybill Prepaid or Prepaid in advance, you pay import taxes and duties in your country when you receive the parts. Items shipped to APO or FPO address will be shipped via post office surface.
If you wish the items to be rushed, we can ship them via post office airmail. In either case you will be charged the shipping and insurance charges. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and we insure that all of our products leave the warehouse in new condition. Please open and inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt as any damage or shortage is the responsibility of the delivery service and should be reported directly to them. Retain original boxes and packing for inspection purposes. Call our Customer Service Department at (973) 299-8019 for any shortages, damages or other problems must be reported to us within 10 days of receipt.
