Return & Restocking Fee

All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice and a letter of explanation as to why the product is being returned. Incorrectly supplied items will be exchanged or refunded at our option. No full refunds after thirty (30) days.

All items returned must be in new, unused condition for either credit, exchange or refund. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on any items returned more than 30 days after receipt. Correctly supplied items returned within 30 days of receipt will have shipping costs deducted from the refund amount.
